Roger’s Wholesale will close its doors for good on Monday, May 29.
The news was shared on the company’s Facebook page earlier this week, with the ‘one week warning’ given by an employee.

He said: “We now have the answer everybody seeks – when is the final day of trading at Roger’s Wholesale Southampton?
“Come down and grab what’s left.
“Get yourself down here on Monday. Grab what you can because once we’re gone, we’re gone.
“At 6pm on Monday this store will close for good, so make sure you come down to see us.”
The store made the shock announcement at the end of April.
Managing director Mark King described it as a ‘sad day’ for the company, which has been in Southampton for nearly six years.
The closure is a result of rising rent costs and the company being unable to find a new, suitable site.
