SARAH MICHELLE HAYNES, 41, East Street, Titchfield. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of one charge of failing to provide police with a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed a driving offence and one charge of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for four years and fined £300. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £200 and court costs of £620.
RICHARD MCMANUS, 48, of St Leonards, Beaulieu. Admitted one charge of speeding. Fined £80 and driving record endorsed with five points. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £110.
DANIEL ALBERT WELLS, 35, of Magnolia Walk, Romsey. Admitted one charge of continuing to trade as a scrap metal dealer when not authorised by a licence under the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013. Fined £416. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £166 and court costs of £200.

CATHERINE VINE, 35, of Ash Close, Hythe. Admitted seven charges of theft from a shop. The sentence was deferred until the next hearing on July 11.
AARON CROW, 28, of Green Lane, Southampton. Admitted one charge of criminal damage, one charge of harassment without violence, and one charge of using violence to secure entry to a property. Ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £85.
KAYLEY BUTLER, 33, of Colne Avenue, Southampton. Admitted one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm. Remanded on conditional bail until the next hearing on July 26 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
JEVEGNIJS GORNAKS, 40, of Neva Road, Southampton. Admitted one charge of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Remanded on unconditional bail until the next hearing on July 26 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
