A person has been told they face no further police action after no offences were identified following the closure of Treetops Preschool.
It comes after Treetops Preschool in Maunsell Way, Hedge End, was ordered to close by Ofsted over a safeguarding complaint in January.
Hampshire police today said the person - arrested on suspicion of possession of indecent images or pseudo-images of children, and sexual activity with a child - faces no further action. The person had been bailed and then released under investigation.
A police spokesman said no offences were identified following a full investigation carried out by Hampshire Constabulary.
A spokesman said: "Following a full investigation we have not identified any offences and no further action will be taken."
