A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after three people were stabbed in a house in Shirley.
Police were called out to Stafford Road shortly before 10pm on Friday to reports of a number of serious assaults inside a property.
A man in his 50s suffered a stab wound to his stomach, a man in his 20s suffered serious cuts to his hand and a woman in her 20s suffered a cut to her face.
All three were taken to hospital where they remain in stable condition.

Officers arrested a 50-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder.
Police returned to the area today as part of their investigation.
Two police cars were parked outside a house. A front garden was cordoned off.
