The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
JASON ALEXANDER, 44, of Penistone Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving while disqualified, and driving with no insurance. Community order, banned from driving for 36 months, £85 costs and £114 victim services surcharge.
STEVEN SCAUM, 31, of Langdown Road, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to bail. Remanded on conditional bail until August 9 2023.
TERRENCE ARCHER, 27, of Tudor Court, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to using a handheld mobile phone while driving at Rowner Road, Gosport. Fined £54 with £200 costs and £22 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
LYDIA WHEATLEY, 42, of Melchet Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault in Southampton on January 2 2023. Community order.
SHANE RHODES, 35, of Lawn Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault and obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty. Community order, £85 costs.
TINA BALL, 57, of Rose Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving at Eling Lane, Totton, on May 6 2023. Remanded on unconditional bail until August 9 2023.
ANDREW HAUSEN, 44, of Cheam Way, Totton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on the A36 Redbridge Causeway on May 4 2023. Fined £120 with £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance. Banned from driving for 12 months.
PETER MAGUIRE, 56, of South Street, Pennington. Pleaded guilty to stealing £6.99 bottle of wine from One Stop in Lymington, on May 10 2023. Fined £40 with £16 victim services surcharge and told to pay £6.99 compensation.
JUSTIN GOULDING, 44, of Woodmill Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without consent, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, and driving while disqualified. Community order, banned from driving for 45 months, £85 costs and £114 victim services surcharge.
