A MAN has appeared in court accused of the attempted murder of a 47-year-old man in Southampton.
Boguslaw Biela appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court yesterday.
No plea was entered to the charge of attempted murder and the case was sent to the crown court.
It comes after a 47-year-old man suffered serious injuries at an address in James Street, St Mary's on Saturday.

The man sustained a stab wound to his chest during the incident at around 10pm.
Biela, 66, of James Street has been remanded in custody.
He will now appear at Southampton Crown Court on August 18 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
