The results of an annual survey to score patient satisfaction with GP surgeries has been published.
Southampton’s best and worst doctor’s surgeries have been revealed by the GP Patient Survey 2023.
The results are according to city residents who rely on the service of the surgeries.
Around 760,000 patients completed and returned a questionnaire, resulting in a national response rate of 28.6 per cent.
In the ‘overall satisfaction’ category, Homeless Healthcare Team, Highfield Health, and Burgess Road Surgery came out top.
The surgeries rated lowest in this category were Living Well Partnership, Victor Street Surgery, and St Mary’s Surgery.

University Health Service – 78.24%
