In a brief report published on the Food Standard’s Agency website, it was found that both hygienic food handling and cleanliness and condition of facilities and building were rated “generally satisfactory” having required “improvement” in the initial inspection.
Management of food safety originally required “major improvement” before being upgraded to “generally satisfactory.”
The food hygiene rating reflects the standards of food hygiene found on the date of the inspection by the local authority.
It is not a guide to food quality.
