A SPEED camera in Southampton notorious for catching speeding drivers has been flashing motorists travelling below the limit, it has been claimed
The report, made anonymously online at FixMyStreet, says the camera on Maybray King Way is flashing cars travelling below 30mph.
In 2019, the camera was branded the busiest camera in the country having been triggered an average of 70 times a day in 2015 an 2017.
But a Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson told the Echo "there is no issue with how the cameras operate".
