THESE six cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

JOHNSON BABAYOMI, 43, of Bingham Close, Dorset admitted drink driving whilst behind the wheel of an Audi TT on the A31 at Picket Post. He was found to have 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Babayomi was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £300. He also must pay £85 court costs and an £120 surcharge. 

DYLAN DAVID, 25, of Tankerville Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after stealing four LOL surprise balls and headphones to the value of £76 from Sainsbury's. He was given 14 days imprisonment concurrent to the sentence he is currently serving. 

RACHEL MCGRATH, 43, of Franklin Road, New Milton admitted drink driving and driving without a licence on Franklin Road. She was behind the wheel of a Mercedes when she was found to have 83 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath. McGrath was disqualified for 18 months and fined £500. She must also pay court costs of £85 plus a £200 surcharge.

ZACHARY LOWE, 35, of Southampton Street, Southampton admitted two counts of theft from a shop after stealing items from WHSmith and £144 worth of clothing from Urban Outfitters. He was jailed for 10 weeks. 

SEVURA SELEMELA, 39, of Malcroft Mews, Marchwood pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving without a licence. The offences were committed whilst Selemela was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa at Park Walk, Southampton. They were granted bail to appear next at the same court on September 15 for sentencing. An interim disqualification was put in place.

VICTORIA MAKEY, 38, of no-fixed-abode admitted a single count of assault by beating of an emergency worker after an incident in Southampton on June 28. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £100 compensation.
