THE following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
AIDEN LOFTHOUSE, 22, of Montserrat Place, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, in Southampton. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £85. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
VALENTINE AMBE, 42, of Viking Place, London, pleaded guilty to drink driving on Thomas Lewis Way in Southampton. They were found to have 139 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath whilst behind the wheel of a Kia Niro. Ambe was disqualified for 18 months and fined £1,000. They must also pay court costs of £85 and a £400 surcharge.
PETER BONIFACE, 44, of Park Farm Avenue, Fareham, admitted to driving without insurance on Gudge Heath Lane in Fareham whilst behind the wheel of a Citroen C4 Picasso. He was fined £214 and given six penalty points. He must also pay an £86 surcharge.

RHYS DONOVAN, 24, of Players Crescent, Totton, admitted drink driving on Allington Road, Southampton. He was found to have 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Donovan was disqualified for 12 months and fined £300. He must also pay court costs of £85 plus a £120 surcharge.
VICTORIA PETERS, 33, of Howards Mead, Pennington, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Southampton General Hospital's emergency department. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months and fined £300. Peters must also pay court costs of £85.
ANNA SLACK, 37, of Tynville Road, Liverpool, admitted drink driving at Winnall Roundabout in Winchester. She was found to have 115 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The case was adjourned with Slack next set to appear on September 7 at Liverpool Magistrates' Court for sentencing. An interim disqualification was put in place.
