BRIAN SINGH, 26, St Denys Road, Southampton admitted two charges of using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He also pleaded guilty to common assault of an emergency worker. His sentencing is set to be heard at the same court on September 4.
JUSTIN ROACH, 40, of Steep Close, Southampton admitted driving without insurance and driving whilst disqualified on Testwood Lane in Totton. He was fined £150 for each offence and given six penalty points. Roach must also pay a £120 surcharge.
WAYNE MATTHEWS, 42, Blackthorn Road, Southampton admitted causing £500 worth of criminal damage to a car. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation, a £549 fine, £85 court costs and a £220 surcharge.

COLIN BAXTER, 48, of Odiham Close, Lordshill admitted three charges of assault by beating at West Quay Road, Southampton. He also pleaded guilty to a common assault of an emergency worker at Wyndham Place Footpaths. He was given a two-year community order with a 33-day accredited programme. Baxter must also carry out eight days of rehabilitation activity, 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £150 compensation. He must pay court costs of £150.
LUKASZ MAKOWSKI, 38, of Burlington Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Brintons Terrace. He was found to have 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Makowski was disqualified from driving for 22 months and fined £300. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £120 surcharge.
PETER BANCROFT, 41, of Mercer Way, Romsey admitted drink driving on Straight Mile, Ampfield. He was caught with 151 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of his breath. An interim disqualification was made with Bancroft bailed to appear at the same court on September 26 for sentencing.
