THE cases below have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
CURTIS RANKIN, 24, of Upper Northam Road, Hedge End pleaded guilty to one charge of harassment without violence in Southampton. He was given a two-year community order with 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay court costs of £85.
MARK FLYNN, 53, of Burgoyne Road, Thornhill admitted one count of going equipped for theft at Hedge End Retail Park on Tollbar Way. He was fined £120 and must pay court costs of £40 plus a £48 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of a foil-lined box.
CONNOR COLSTON, 19, of Eastern Avenue, Ilford, London was found guilty of assault by beating in Southampton. He also admitted a single count of sending a threatening message. Colston was given 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and must pay £400 compensation.

DIWAMPANGA MATONDO, 36, of Henstead Road, Southampton admitted drug driving on St Mary's Road. They were disqualified from driving for six months, given 10 penalty points and fined £266. Matondo must also pay court costs of £85 plus a £106 surcharge.
ALES HAJEK, 28, of Whites Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified and taking a vehicle without consent. Hajek was granted bail to appear next at the same court on September 27 for sentencing.
PAWEL WELGUS, 41, of Sycamore Road, Southampton was found guilty of assault by beating. He also pleaded guilty to sending an offensive, indecent, obscene, or menacing message. Welgus was given 11 weeks imprisonment suspended for 24 months with 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. They must also pay court costs of £620 and a surcharge of £154.
DWARKA BUDHAN, 61, of Buchanan Road, Southampton admitted one count of common assault. Budhan was granted bail to appear at the same court for sentencing on September 27.
