JUSTIN ROACH, 40, of Steep Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving whilst disqualified on Testwood Lane, Totton. He was fined £150 and given six penalty points. Roach must also pay a £120 surcharge.
COLIN BAXTER, 48, of Odiham Close, Lordshill admitted three counts of assault by beating and one of common assault of an emergency worker. He was given a community order to run until August 10, 2025, with 33 days on an accredited programme. He must also participate in eight days of rehabilitation activity, 150 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £50. Baxter must also pay court costs of £150.

MALCOLM BARRY, 55, of Aldermoor Avenue, Southampton admitted making indecent photographs of a child. He was found to have made eight category C images between January 2021 and June 2021. Barry was given a two-year community order with 45 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a £50 fine. A sexual harm prevention order was also made for the next five years. Barry was ordered to pay a £114 surcharge at the rate of £20 a month.
TOMASZ GASIOROWSKI, 42, of Dyer Road, Shirley was found guilty of possessing a knife or sharply pointed article in a public place, namely a bayonet with a 15cm blade at Two Gate Lane in Overton. He was given a community order to run until February 15, 2025, with 19 days on an accredited programme, 14 days of rehabilitation activity and a fine of £600. Gasiorowski must also pay court costs of £620 and a £114 surcharge.
SYED RAHMAN, 47, of Wildern Lane, Hedge End was found guilty of speeding on Bitterne Road West in a Mercedes E220. He was clocked at 36mph on the 30mph road. Rahman was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £100. He was also given three penalty points and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge.
