Firefighters from multiple stations battled a fire at high-rise flats in Southampton.
Crews from Hightown, St Mary’s, Redbridge, Fareham, Botley and Eastleigh were called to the fire at Wyndham Court on Commercial Road yesterday evening.
Crews were alerted by a resident at 9:40pm and tackled the blaze on the third floor.

All persons were accounted for, and the fire was out by 10.50pm.
A photo taken by onlookers shows an aerial ladder platform being used by firefighters as part of the emergency response.
The road was closed as a result of the incident.
Bus services running on Commercial Road were diverted along Western Esplanade in both directions.
