VIDEO footage from residents in Wyndham Court has captured the terrifying moments a fire ripped through a third floor flat.
The video shows flames and smoke billowing into the the night sky as residents look on in shock from their balconies, with their voices heard echoing around the outside of the building.
In the video, one person can be heard exclaiming: "Has someone called 999?"

Firefighters from six different fire stations tackled the blaze on Commercial Road after recieving a call at 9:40pm on Monday night.
All persons were accounted for, and the fire was out by 10:50pm.

It's the second fire to take place in Wyndham Court this year, after two brothers escaped a blaze in the building in March.
Following the incident, a spokesperson for Southampton City Council said: "Following a fire at Wyndham Court, we are supporting affected residents, including arranging temporary alternative accommodation where appropriate.
"Our maintenance teams will be assessing the damage and planning any repairs in due course."
