THE following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
ADAM MUNDY, 37, of Inkerman Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to sending by public communication network an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message. He was granted bail to appear at the same court on October 11 for sentencing.
COLIN PARKER, 52, of Cowper Road, Southampton admitted drink driving on Bitterne Road East. He was caught with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Parker was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. He must also pay court costs of £32 and a £48 surcharge.
BRADLEY-AMOS SMITH, 23, of Vanguard Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage to a mobile phone. He was granted bail to appear for sentencing at the same court on October 18.

KAMERON HUTCHINSON, 36, of Porchester Road, Southampton admitted two counts of drug driving, two counts of driving without a licence, driving without insurance, possessing a controlled drug of Class B, and two counts of obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty. He was given a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 150 hours of unpaid work. Hutchinson was also disqualified from driving for 22 months. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
MELISSA RUTKOWSKA, 24, of Brintons Terrace, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud by false representation. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £605 in compensation as well as £85 court costs and a £26 surcharge.
KEVIN DORWARD, 40, of Vanguard Road, Southampton admitted three counts of drug driving, possessing a controlled drug of Class A (crack cocaine), driving without insurance and driving whilst disqualified. He was given a one-year community order with 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 120 hours of unpaid work. Dorward was disqualified from driving for 48 months with an order made for forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. He must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
