A "frustrated" dad has said he was in disbelief when he watched his Amazon parcel being stolen from his front door in broad daylight.
Ben Palmer, of Bassett Green Road, watched as the £50 package he ordered from Amazon was stolen from his doorstep just 30 minutes after it was delivered.
A spokesperson for Amazon said it is “looking into this matter”.
The 45-year-old - who works as a head of operations - had ordered hot tub filters, hot tub anti-foam liquid and shaver heads and was expecting a delivery on August 22.
Although he wasn’t home at the time of delivery, he received a notification that the parcel had been delivered.
But when he arrived home the package was nowhere to be found.
He checked his CCTV and saw the three boxes had been left at the front door without the driver knocking.
Just 30 minutes later a man took the packages from the doorstep.
The video shows the man running towards the front door and then fleeing to a nearby white van.

Speaking to the Echo, Ben said: “I thought it was brave that someone in broad daylight would do that. That they would jump out of a van and steal a parcel like that.
“I reported to the police online and I got a letter through saying they won’t be investigating, which to these people just encourages them to carry on.”
He added: “I just don’t know why the driver didn’t knock on the door or leave the parcel in a safe place."
'Some people's moral compass is off'
“There are people in the world whose moral compass is off and who have not thought on whether people can afford to lose this. It’s quite frustrating.”
Ben had previously ordered anti-foam liquid but when it arrived the box was empty.
Parcels have also been stolen from his front door before, and one order was delivered in an open box.
Ben added: “It seems like there is someone checking what is being ordered and delivered and checks in the boxes to see if there is anything valuable.
“It seems of concern and someone at Amazon should be made aware of this.”
Hampshire Police have filed the case pending further information.
A spokesperson for Amazon said: “We have very high standards for the delivery service providers we work with and how they serve customers. We’re looking into this matter.”
