THESE six cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

VICTORIA MAKEY, 38, of HMP Bronzefield pleaded guilty to four counts of assault by beating in Southampton. She also admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker and one of theft having stolen £66.27 worth of clothing, olives, crisps and a suitcase from Lidl. Makey was jailed for 20 weeks.

SANDEEP ARORA, 30, of Marshall Square, Southampton admitted driving without insurance on Bitterne Road West in a Volkswagen. He was fined £450 and given six penalty points. Arora must also pay court costs of £110 and a £180 surcharge. 

JASON GILROY, 53, of Bury Crescent, Gosport pleaded guilty to speeding on the A34 southbound at the junction with the A33 at Winchester. He was clocked at 57mph whilst driving a Citreon C4 Cactus. Gilroy was fined £166 and given three penalty points. He must pay court costs of £110 and a £66 surcharge.

LEE SEBESTYEN, 42, of Henry Player Avenue, Gosport admitted speeding on Highlands Road, Fareham in a Mercedes C220. He was clocked at 36mph in the 30mph zone. Sebestyen was ordered to pay a £332 fine, £110 court costs and a £133 surcharge. He received three points on his licence.

MITCHELL COOPER, 38, of Hillyfields, Nursling pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver, driving without insurance, failing to stop after an accident and driving whilst disqualified. He also pleaded guilty to, having been the driver of a vehicle alleged to have driven dangerously or carelessly, failing to provide a name or address. Cooper was granted bail to appear at the same court on October 11 for sentencing. 

HASMUKH CHANDEGRA, 62, of West Hill Road, Bournemouth admitted speeding on the A31 at Picket Post. Chandegra was clocked at 79mph on the 70mph road. They were disqualified for six months and given three points. They must pay a £46 fine, £110 court costs and an £18 surcharge.
