A banned driver got behind the wheel of an unsafe car with a toddler in the back.
Zamir Hushi had already been disqualified when he was caught driving an Audi A3 with worn down tyre tread.
When police stopped him on Brownhill Way in Southampton on April 24, officers found a child under the age of three sat in the rear without a seat belt on.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court, Hushi pleaded guilty to driving with a child passenger not wearing a seat belt, driving without insurance, driving without a valid test certificate and driving whilst disqualified.
The 35-year-old also admitted using a vehicle with insufficient tyre tread and using a vehicle with any of the ply or cord exposed.
Hushi, of High Street, Cheltenham was granted bail to appear at the same court on October 11 for sentencing.
