- Day three of inquest into the death of Southampton's Marcel Wochna in Winchester has come to an end.
- Giving evidence today was a resident who called the police on the night of November 7, 2021
- The jury previously heard Marcel, 15, had jumped into the River Itchen near Cobden Bridge to avoid arrest and was found in the river more than 24 hours later
- The two police officers who attended the incident told the jury Marcel was 'swimming confidently' after jumping in the water
- They also said officers are told not to go into the water 'under any circumstances'
