The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

BILLY GOULD, 35, of Highlands Road, Fareham was found guilty of speeding on Highlands Road, Fareham. The Hyundai driver was clocked at 44mph in the 30mph zone. Gould was fined £333 and given four penalty points. He was also ordered to pay court costs of £110 and a £133 surcharge. 

SPENCER FAICHNEY, 25, of Main Street, Lancaster, admitted a single count of making a threat to damage or destroy property at Rockstone Lane, Southampton, namely a front door. He was fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 towards court costs and a £140 surcharge. 

KEVIN HOOLE, 40, of Everton Road, Lymington pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a porch window in New Milton to the value of £300. He also admitted a single count of stalking. He was granted bail to appear at the same court for sentencing on October 11.

PETER WALLACE, 42, of Keel Road, Southampton admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was bailed to appear at the same court on October 13 for sentencing. 

CRISTIAN TOMA, 44, of Shales Road, Southampton admitted breaching a non-molestation order. He was given a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Toma must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.

KIEIRAN CLAFFEY, 29, of Keynsham Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis and ketamine, at Bracklesham Close, Southampton. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs and Claffey was fined £40.

BRIAN SINGH, 26, of St Denys Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to common assault of an emergency worker on Southern Road, Southampton. He also admitted two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was jailed for six months.
