Free Saints football sessions for 8 to 18 year olds have returned, thanks to the lub's charitable arm.
Southampton’s young people can get active with Saints Foundation’s Kicks sessions, with 13 weekly sessions played out across the city.
The structured football sessions are being offered in venues across Southampton each week, starting from next Monday (11 September).

Young people aged from 8 up to 18 are invited to get involved in Saints Kicks, with staggered session times meaning that both younger and older participants can get the most of their engagement in the project.
Saints Kicks 'gets young people involved in positive, regular and enjoyable activities, all with the aim of fostering stronger, safer and more inclusive communities', Saints Foundation said.
Venues include Woodlands Community College in Harefield, Cantell School in Bassett, Chamberlayne Leisure Centre in Weston, and Goals in Millbrook.
Sessions also continue on Fridays at St Mary’s Hub in Golden Grove – just a stone’s throw from St Mary’s Stadium.
Girls are also catered for, with two dedicated female football sessions running each week – one in the west of the city, at Redbridge Community School on Mondays, and one in the east, at Oasis Mayfield School on Wednesdays.

Saints Kicks sessions are open access, so participants can just turn up and play.
A sign in form will need to be completed upon arrival. Spaces are limited depending on venue capacities.
The new look timetable begins Monday 11 September, with the exception of sessions at Chamberlayne (starts 21 September) and the Friday session at Oasis Mayfield (starts 20 October).
Saints Kicks is Saints Foundation’s delivery of the national Premier League Kicks project. Funded by the Premier League Charitable Fund, Kicks uses football as a hook to engage 8 to 18 year olds, offering young people positive ways to spend their free time.
