It's the iconic city building which will be the place to be after hours during Southampton International Boat Show.
Bar, restaurant and events space The Grand, in Grade II Listed South Western House, has a whole host of spectacular events planned over the next nine days.
Kicking off the fun tomorrow night are Freddie and the Freeloaders, part of a series of dining experiences including drinks and dancing.

Party-goers will enjoy classic soul and motown from a band who have graced the stage at both Glastonbury Festival and the Royal Albert Hall.
Cocktail lounge Rubys downstairs will be open late most nights.
An Exhibitors Boat Show Roast on Sunday (September 17) will be followed by Fizz and Frolics on Thursday (September 21).
The Grand will be kicking off the event, which celebrates Ladies Day at the Boat Show.
Hosted by drag queen Cherry Liquor, guests will enjoy lunch, bingo and games. Entry to the Boat Show is included with an after party at Banana Wharf including a DJ playing Ibiza Classics, accompanied by a saxophonist.
The Grand is steeped in history, dating back to 1872.
Beginning life as a hotel, the building was heavily influenced by the French Renaissance, with elaborately framed windows and little balconies featuring twirly ironwork. Its grandeur reflects the wealth of the shipping industry at that time.
The main staircase was the prototype for the grand staircase on the Titanic, and many first class passengers on the doomed liner stayed at South Western House the night before setting sail.
A mural by A Scott-Moncrieff of the Pilgrim Fathers setting sail to the new world can still be seen.
Outside the hotel building is still linked by a fine canopy of steel to the original station terminus building.
Beyond the Boat Show, The Grand will be hosting a Jersey Boys Supper Club on September 29 and another supper club, on November 10, will feature the winner of ITV's Starstruck 2022, Rachael Hawnt, performing her Songs of the Divas show.
Many bookings for Christmas and private events are in the diary at the venue, part of The Mustang Group, which is owned by local businessman Steve Hughes and also includes Banana Wharf, Ennios and Grumpy Monkey.
