The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

DWAIN WARD, 40, of Howards Grove, Shirley pleaded guilty to theft from a shop at Co-Op on Millbrook Road West. This relates to meat worth £26.60. Ward was granted bail to appear next at the same court on September 21 for sentencing.

STEVEN MOON,  50, of Fairlea Road, Lymington pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a wardrobe and curtains, as well as common assault. He was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on October 2 for sentencing. 

ALAN CASS, 47, of Merry Orchard, Bramshaw admitted a charge of harassment without violence which took place in Lyndhurst. Cass was bailed to appear at the same court on October 18 for sentencing.

LEANNA HILL, 36, of South Street, Titchfield pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Golf on Bridge Road, Swanwick. She was found to have 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Hill was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. She must also pay court costs of £85 and a £48 surcharge. 

PATRYK MICHALEK, 25, of St Mary Street, Southampton admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was bailed to appear at the same court on October 18 for sentencing.

STEVEN LOADER, 48, of Cleasby Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to two key safes to the value of £70. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and must pay compensation of £60. 

KERRY DOLING, 32, of Vine Road, Southampton admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Proctor Close, Southampton. She was given a community order until March 11, 2025, with 30 days of rehabilitation activity and a £50 fine. Doling must also pay £50 compensation.
