Thousands have attended Southampton International Boat Show this weekend as the Red Arrows flew over the city.
On Saturday, visitors met Olympian Liam Heath, British sprint canoeist at the Beach Haven and Watersports Lake.
He and the rest of the British Canoeing team held a meet and greet as well as coaching young canoeists before taking to the water for the K4 race.
The Red Arrows then thrilled audiences with a flypast on Saturday afternoon having last flown over the show in 2015.
