A traffic warning has been issued as a high volume of cruise passengers are expected in Southampton today.
Motorists have been advised to plan their journeys in advance if they’re travelling to the waterfront.
Three cruise ships arrived in Southampton earlier this morning, with thousands of passengers expected to travel to the city throughout the day.

MSC Virtuosa, Arcadia, and Balmoral all arrived in port before 7am, with the trio of cruise liners departing by 8pm tonight.
Though travel delays are expected traveling into the city today, the Regal Princess – the next scheduled cruise ship in port – won’t dock in Southampton until Friday, September 29.
