A Southampton man has been arrested after a car, £3,500 in cash, cannabis and drug paraphernalia were seized by police.
The 36-year-old was arrested in Hythe yesterday on suspicion of driving whilst disqualified, using a motor vehicle without third-party insurance and being concerned with the supply of class B drugs.
Officers seized a black Ford Focus as well as £3,500 in cash, mobile phones, suspected Class A drugs, cannabis, and drug paraphernalia.
Some of the items were recovered at the scene, while others were found during a search of an address in Southampton.
The man remans in custody.
In a post shared the Waterside Police Facebook page, the force said the arrest followed “great proactive work” from the New Forest priority crime team.
