The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
PIOTR GURKOWSKI, 43, of Coxford Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton. He also admitted three counts of theft from a shop and one count of going equipped for theft - all taking place at Greenhithe in Kent. His sentence was deferred to January 19, 2024, at the same court.
LEE PERCY, 32, of Harold Close, Totton admitted driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after a road accident and failing to report a road accident on Bevois Valley Road, Southampton. He was jailed for 12 weeks and banned from driving for one year with a six-week extension to take into account the time he will spend in custody.
EMMA PUGH, 57, of Priors Dean Road, Winchester pleaded guilty to speeding on the A31, Winchester Road at Four Marks. She was caught travelling at 36mph in the 30mph zone in a Ford Freedom. Pugh received a £40 fine and three penalty points. She must also pay £110 court costs and a £16 surcharge.

PAUL BAIRSTOW, 26, of Stanton Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug (cannabis) and possession of a Class A drug (cocaine) in Southampton. He was fined £300 in total and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £120 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
SUSAN MORAN, 46, of no-fixed-abode admitted causing criminal damage to the value of £100 to a window belonging to Nacro Services in Southampton. She was ordered to pay £100 compensation.
MIREL-VALENCA DIMA, 21, of Derby Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving without a licence on Highfield Lane, Southampton. They were behind the wheel of a Renault Clio at the time. Dima was fined £323 and given six penalty points. They must pay £110 court costs and a £129 surcharge.
