The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

MARVIN GEDDES, 32, of Epping Close, Southampton admitted three counts of drug driving on Rownhams Road, Southampton. He was found with cocaine, benzoylecgonine and THC in his blood. Geddes was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £519. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £208 surcharge. 

JUSTIN GOULDING, 44, of Woodmill Lane, Southampton pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without consent, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance on Woodmill Lane. Goulding was given a four-month sentence suspended for 18 months and must pay £85 court costs.

MAX LEVERDIER, 20, of Sandringham Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a wooden door worth £150 in Southampton. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

TIMOTHY HALL, 68, of Salerno Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation days. He must pay compensation of £700 and has been excluded from entering the British Heart Foundation shop on Shirley Road for the next 12 months. Hall must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.

WAYNE BALDWIN, 51, of no-fixed-abode pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Upper Market Street, Eastleigh. He was fined £120.

DARREN WHITCHER, 51, of Pat Bear Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was ordered to pay £150 compensation and a £200 fine. An order was made for court costs of £200 and Whitcher must pay an £80 surcharge.
