A flood warning and several flood alerts have been issued for parts of southern Hampshire as Storm Ciaran prepares to batter the area.
The Environment Agency has issued a flood warning for the Beaulieu area, which borders the Beaulieu River and the Solent.
Its website says: "Flooding is expected in this area. This means properties are at risk of flooding.
"Please take action to protect yourself and your property and monitor local weather and river conditions. Avoid contact with, walking or driving through flood water. Consider activating any property flood protection products you may have."
The warning covers Beaulieu, including the Beaulieu Estuary, and the coast between Thorns Beach and Needs Ore Point.
Flood alerts have been issued for other parts of the Solent area.
Areas at risk are Mansbridge and Riverside Park in Southampton, Southampton Water and Hamble, the Beaulieu River and the River Alver at Gosport, plus the coastline between Gosport and Hill Head, Fareham and Portchester, and Milford to Lymington.
