The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
DAVID IDIKWU, 21, of Obelisk Road, Woolston pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. He also admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class A, cocaine in Southampton. An order was made for forfeiture and destruction of the drugs and Idikwu was fined £120. He must also pay court costs of £85.
HARRY HAMSON, 28, of Lymington Road, Brockenhurst pleaded guilty to drink driving a black BMW on Burley Road, Brockenhurst. He was caught with 44 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Hamson was remanded to appear at the same court on December 20 for sentencing.
JASON DALY, 48, of Howard Road, Southampton admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis in Southampton. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. Daly was fined £80.

NICHOLAS STUTTLE, 33, of St John's Road, Hedge End was found guilty of driving without insurance, handling stolen goods and fraudulently using a registration mark or document. The offences took place in Southampton and involved a Ford Transit van. Stuttle received six points on his licence and was sentenced to 26 weeks suspended for 12 months. He must complete an accredited programme as well as 17 rehabilitation days. Stuttle must pay £560 in court costs.
JEFFREY LOADER, 66, of Chequers Green, Lymington pleaded guilty to using a vehicle with equipment likely to cause danger of injury, namely a David Brown agricultural tractor with both front tyres showing exposed cord, faulty lamps and handbrake, no breakaway cable, an oil leak and no oil cap. He was found guilty of driving without a licence on Lymington High Street in the same vehicle. Loader was fined £60 and received three penalty points. He must pay £85 court costs and a £24 surcharge.
