The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

GEORGE SUMMERBELL, 23, of York Close, Totton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a glass pane at Beatty Court, Southampton. He also admitted to stalking at the same location in that he sent multiple messages and made multiple unwanted calls to his victim. He was jailed for 12 weeks.

JO SERVAN, 34, of Stoney Lane, Winchester was found guilty of driving without insurance in a BMW M4 on Alresford Road, Alresford. They were fined £660 and received six points on his licence. Servan must also pay £100 court costs and a £264 surcharge. 

LEE WOOKEY, 46, of Farringford Road, Thornhill pleaded guilty to drug driving at Woodbury in Basingstoke. He was caught with 5.3 micrograms of THC - a break-down product of cannabis - in a litre of his blood. He was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on November 15. 

SEBASTIAN ZAK, 26, of Pinegrove Road, Southampton admitted a charge of failing to provide a specimen at Southampton Central Police Station. He was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on November 15.

RYAN MCNEISH, 25, of Fryern Close, Chandler's Ford pleaded guilty to drink driving at Deer Park Farm, Hursley. He was caught with 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. McNeish was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on December 1. 

TIMOTHY PARSONS, 38, of Salisbury Road, Burton was found guilty of three counts of assault by beating in Lymington. He received a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation days. He must pay compensation of £50, a £150 fine, court costs of £300 and a £114 surcharge.

DAMON HERITAGE, 63, of George Raymond Road, Eastleigh admitted drink driving a Skoda Octavia on Market Street, Eastleigh. He was caught with 113 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Heritage received a one-year community order with 12 rehabilitation days and a £120 fine. He was banned from driving for 28 months. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge.
