Two people have been arrested by police investigating a shooting outside a Southampton school.
A 26-year-old Southampton man and a 24-year-old Hedge End woman were both detained on suspicion of possessing a firearm without a certificate and assisting an offender.
The man has now been bailed until February 3 and the woman released under investigation.
A police spokesperson told the Daily Echo: "A vehicle was also recovered as part of our enquiries. The arrests were last Friday and the investigation is ongoing."
Police have also seized a car as part of the investigation.
Tomorrow will be three weeks since officers dashed to Middle Road, Sholing, following reports that shots had been fired in the street.
The shooting took place outside Oasis Academy Sholing on October 20. Immediately afterwards the two men involved got into separate vehicles and drove away from the scene.
Roads were closed as armed police took part in a massive search for the gunman.

In a statement issued shortly after the incident the principal of the Academy, Martin Brown, said: "We worked closely with the police and all students and staff were quickly made safe and secure.
"I am proud of the swift actions of school staff, the calmness and maturity of our students, and I am grateful to our parents for their understanding and support.
"Incidents like these are unprecedented we appreciate they can be concerning, which is why we have already provided support to students and will continue to offer it to any others who may want or need it."
The leader of the city council, Cllr Satvir Kaur, called the incident "shocking and worrying".
She added: "People deserve to feel safe in their neighbourhoods and it's sad that currently so many don't due to an increase in crime."

On October 22 police issued an update on the investigation.
Chief Inspector Marcus Kennedy said: “Myself and my officers fully appreciate how concerning the incident will have been to residents living in the immediate area, and to people in Southampton generally.
“We have been working hard over the weekend and are doing everything we can to locate the man responsible for this incident."
On October 24 police made a fresh appeal for witnesses after searching the Academy grounds.
A police spokesperson said: "While the school was not the target of this incident, searches in and around the grounds have been conducted as part of our enquiries due to its close proximity to the incident."
