The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
KEVIN CANDY, 66, of Bockhampton Road, Bockhampton pleaded guilty to using a phone whilst driving and driving with no insurance on Burley Road, Bransgore. He was driving a VW Transporter at the time. Candy was fined £150 and received six penalty points. He must pay £110 court costs and a £46 surcharge.
WALTER CHIVUCHI, 49, of Botley Road, Eastleigh admitted a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a Vauxhall car. He was fined £680 and received six points on his licence. Chivuchi was ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £271 surcharge.
KUDA MASHUMBA, 29, of Bullar Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on Lodge Road, Southampton in a Ford Fiesta. He received a £120 fine and six points on his licence. Mashumba must pay court costs of £110 and a £48 surcharge.

SHAUN FITZGERALD, 53, of Orwell Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver. He was fined £500 and received six penalty points. Fitzgerald must also pay £110 court costs and a £200 surcharge.
KUMAR TALJIT, 30, of Dyer Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on Old Redbridge Road, Southampton. He was behind the wheel of a Ford Ranger. Taljit received a £300 fine and six points on his licence. He was also ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £120 surcharge.
ANDREW COOPER, 55, of Exbury Road, Blackfield pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle on a road when the number of passengers being carried is likely to cause danger. This related to an incident on Banister Road, Southampton when he was driving a Citreon Berlingo. He also admitted driving with insufficient tyre tread. Cooper was fined £200 and received three points on his licence. He must pay £85 court costs plus an £80 surcharge.
