A man from Eastleigh has died after a crash on the A31.
Police have launched a witness appeal to the tragic incident, which happened on Saturday, October 28.
Officers were called at 11.21am to reports of a collision involving a black Seat Leon.
The driver, a 26-year-old man from Eastleigh, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
However, he died days later, on November 2.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said: “Were you driving in the area at the time? Do you have a dash cam fitted to your vehicle?
“If you have any information to assist, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
“Anyone with information or relevant dash cam footage should call 101 or report online via our website, quoting reference 44230441281.”
