A driver has been banned from the roads again after he got behind the wheel of an unsafe car with a toddler in the back.
Zamir Hushi, 35, was given a 12-month ban after he was caught driving while disqualified on Brownhill Way, Southampton.
He was driving an Audi A3 with worn down tyre tread when police pulled him over.
Officers found a child under the age of three sitting in the rear seat without a seat belt on.

Hushi pleaded guilty to driving with a child passenger not wearing a seat belt, driving without insurance, driving without a valid test certificate, driving whilst disqualified, using a vehicle with insufficient tyre tread and using a vehicle with any of the ply or cord exposed.
Appearing at the same court for sentencing, he was given a £230 fine as well as a 12-month ban.
He also received a one-year community order with 12 days of rehabilitation activity.
Hushi, of High Street, Cheltenham, must also pay court costs of £85.
