The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
LANCE SCHOLES, 64, of Pettinger Gardens, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop after £45 worth of goods was stolen from John Lewis in Southampton and £47.90 of goods were taken from Sainsbury's Southampton. He was ordered to pay £45 compensation.
BEN NELSON, 23, of no fixed abode pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Lymington. He was given a one-year conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge.
TADIWANASHE JABOON, 38, of James Grundy Avenue, Stoke on Trent admitted a charge of drink driving on Simon Way, Southampton. He was caught with 120 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Jaboon received a community order with an alcohol monitoring requirement, six days of rehabilitation and 50 hours of unpaid work. He was banned from driving for 29 months and must pay a £114 surcharge.

MIA FLOOD, 20, of Yew Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford on Northam Road, Southampton. She was caught with 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Flood was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £369. She must also pay court costs of £85 and a £148 surcharge.
KYLIE BISHOP, 35, of Southampton Street, Southampton admitted a charge of failing to provide a sample for a Class A drugs test at Southampton Central Police Station. She was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on January 8.
LUKASZ SCALINSKI, 36, of Richmond Park Road, Christchurch pleaded guilty to drink driving on Cumberland Place, Southampton. He was found to have 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Scalinski was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £581. He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs plus a £232 surcharge.
