The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
LLOYD RAWLEY, 34, of Drummond Road, Portsmouth pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking at Warren Crescent in Southampton. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance. Rawley was banned from driving for 30 months and jailed for 12 weeks. He must pay a £154 surcharge.
GARETH PADGETT, 29, of Bridge Road, Bursledon admitted drink driving on Acacia Road, Southampton. He was caught with 68 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Padgett was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £500. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £200 surcharge.
DAVID MONCKTON, 76, of Andromeda Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle whilst unfit through drink at the Sports Centre car park in Southampton. He was fined £200 and received 10 penalty points. He must pay £85 court costs and an £80 surcharge.

GEMMA SANDFORD, 33, of Howard Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop relating to a bottle of wine worth £7 which was stolen from Co-Op on Shirley Road. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £7 compensation plus a £26 surcharge.
WILLIAM WILKES, 23, of Portswood Road, Southampton admitted theft from a motor vehicle relating to a mobile phone, cash, a Fitbit watch and Rayban sunglasses stolen from a vehicle at Alma Road, Southampton. He also admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B at Rockstone Lane. Wilkes was given an 18-week sentence suspended for two years with ten days of rehabilitation activity. He must pay £300 compensation. An order was made for forfeiture and destruction of the drug.
JOSEPH GALLAGHER, 19, of Lower Ashley Road, New Milton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Lymington Road, New Milton. He was caught with 78 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Gallagher was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £400. He must also pay £85 court costs plus a £160 surcharge.
