Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to following a shoplifting incident in Eastleigh.
The offence, which was committed at Shell Little Waitrose in Passfield Avenue on September 20, involved the theft of a sandwich and alcohol valued at £56.80.
The man police are trying to trace was wearing an orange high-visibility jacket.
"He was in the company of another man, who we would also like to speak to in connection with the incident," a police spokesperson said.
"The second man was wearing a Parka coat with a fluffy hood.
"We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
"Also, if you have information about this incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
