Hampshire police has released CCTV images of two men they want to speak to in connection to a shoplifting incident in New Milton.

This comes after £509 worth of alcohol was stolen from Tesco on Caird Avenue, on Saturday, October 21.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: “Do you recognise these men? We would like to speak to them in connection with a shoplifting incident at Tesco in Caird Avenue, New Milton in October.”

The first man is described as white, aged approximately 45 years, 6ft tall and of stocky build.

The individual has short, grey hair, pictured wearing a khaki jacket, grey t-shirt, blue denim jeans, which were faded in areas, and black trainers.

He was travelling in a white Nissan Qashqai.

The second man is described as white, approximately 40-years-old, 6ft tall and of stocky build.

Daily Echo:

He has a short, dark beard, with a tattoo on his right hand.

He was seen wearing a black baseball cap backwards, black Nike hooded top, black Nike jogging bottoms and black trainers.

He was also travelling in a white Nissan Qashqai.

A police spokesperson added: “We believe the men in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.

"Also, if you have information about this incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.”
