The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Southampton with ‘heavy rain’ expected.
The weather warning will be in place from midnight to 10am on Saturday, with the Met Office warning residents of potential flooding.
The Met Office has stated: “Another spell of heavy rain is likely in Southampton during Saturday morning.
“Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.

“Delays or cancellations to train and bus services are possible.”
They added: “Flooding of a few homes and some businesses is also possible.”
A wider yellow weather warning for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is also in place.
This comes after two previous weather warnings for rain and one other for thunder were issued by the Met Office this week.
More settled weather is expected on Sunday.
