The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
INOYAT KHIDIRNAZAROV, 25, of Botley Road, Park Gate pleaded guilty to drink driving on Compton Walk, Southampton. He was caught with 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath whilst driving a BMW. He also admitted driving with no insurance and driving without a licence. He was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £120. Khidirnazarov must also pay a £48 surcharge.
JOSHUA CRICHTON, 33, of Lymington Road, Highcliffe pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop. These relate to £147.50 worth of alcohol stolen from Waitrose on Portswood Road, Southampton, £124 worth of alcohol stolen from Waitrose, Lymington and £649.46 worth of alcohol stolen from the same shop in Lymington on a different occasion. Crichton was ordered to pay £796.96 in compensation.

AYESHA GEDDES, 33, of Exeter Close, Midanbury pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Southampton. She was given a community order to run until May 9, 2025 with 25 rehabilitation days. She must also pay £50 compensation for each offence.
RAVI MAJITHIYA, 26, of Nicholls Street, Coventry pleaded guilty to sending a letter, communication or article conveying an indecent or offensive message in Southampton. He received a community order until May 9, 2025 with 30 rehabilitation days and 100 hours of unpaid work. A restraining order was also made banning him from contacting his victim for one year.
MARTIN HALL, 42, of no fixed abode pleaded guilty to three counts of interfering with a vehicle and one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Bassett Avenue, Southampton. He was given a conditional discharge of 18 months and must pay £200 court costs plus a £26 surcharge.
