Simon Oakley, from International Way in Weston, was at St Mary's Stadium for the match against Rotherham on Saturday, October 7 when he collapsed, ten minutes before half time.
Play was paused for ten minutes while CPR was given to Mr Oakley, who was in the Itchen Stand.
The 59-year-old, of Oslo Towers, suffered a spinal injury and died five weeks later on Monday, November 13 at Southampton General Hospital.
