A Southampton man has been banned from driving for more than a year after he was caught riding an e-scooter while more than double the drink drive limit.
Liam Williams was riding a Voi e-scooter on Claremont Crescent, Southampton when he was stopped in August this year.
A test found he had 170 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood - more than twice the legal limit of 80 milligrams.

The 26-year-old of Sydney Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £450 and banned from driving for 19 months.
He can reduce his disqualification by 19 weeks if he takes a drink-driving course by November 30 next year.
Williams must also pay court costs of £85 and a £180 surcharge by December 12.
The offence was committed on August 30 this year.
