ISLAM ELHAMALAWY, 34, of Compass Point, Portsmouth pleaded guilty to drink driving on Salisbury Street, Southampton in a BMW. He was caught with 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Elhamalawy was disqualified from driving for 23 months and fined £2,596. He must also pay £366 court costs and a £1,038 surcharge.
ELISSA CURTIS, 18, of Howard Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to harassment after she threatened her victim with violence. She also admitted criminal damage, assault by beating and sending a letter, communication or article conveying a threatening message. Curtis received a community order until May 14, 2025 with 20 rehabilitation days and a restraining order banning her from contacting her victim for two years.
ASHLEY BROWN, 40, of Dinham Road, New Milton admitted two counts of theft from a shop after £195 worth of Lego and clothes worth £67.50 were stolen from Tesco in New Milton. They were jailed for 10 weeks.

SEBASTIAN ZAK, 26, of Pinegrove Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen at Southampton Central Police Station. He received a one-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days and a fine of £400. He was also disqualified from driving for three months. Zak must pay court costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge.
NATHANIEL FEARN, 42, of Paignton Road, Southampton admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker at the allotments on Paignton Road, Southampton. He was given a community order until February 14 2025 with an alcohol abstinence and monitoring requirement for 90 days and 30 rehabilitation days. He must pay compensation of £100, court costs of £300 and a £114 surcharge.
DARNELL BROWN, 19, of Throop Close, Bournemouth pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the owners consent, driving without insurance, drug driving and driving without a licence on Gosport Lane in Lyndhurst. He received a one-year community order with 12 rehabilitation days and a driving ban for 12 months. He was also fined £50 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.
