The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JOSHUA SYDNEY, 20, of St Nicholas Avenue, Gosport pleaded guilty to drink driving on Salisbury Street, Southampton. He was caught with 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Sydney was banned for 12 months and fined £300. He must also pay £85 court costs plus an £85 surcharge.
CHANTELLE SPARSHOTT, 34, of Southampton Street, Southampton admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely heroin. She received an 18-month conditional discharge and an order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the heroin. Spartshott must also pay £85 court costs and a £26 surcharge.
JIMMY JAMES, 34, of Heather Road, Fawley pleaded guilty to obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Andover Road, Southampton and common assault of an emergency worker. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay court costs of £85 plus a £26 surcharge.

STEPHEN JAMES, 39, of Botany Bay Road, Southampton admitted drink driving a Renault Captur on Seaweed Close, Southampton. He was caught with 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. James was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £800. He must pay court costs of £85 and a £320 surcharge.
LEWIS STONE, 31, of North East Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating of an emergency worker. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £123 fine, £85 court costs and a £49 surcharge.
OWEN SHERRED, 18, of Broadwater Road, Romsey admitted a charge of failing to comply with a section 35 direction excluding a person from an area, namely Vernon Walk in Southampton. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £32 surcharge.
JIMMY PHILLIPS, 24, of HM Young Offenders Institute, Hounslow pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely heroin and crack cocaine in Southampton. He was jailed for 14 days and an order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. Phillips must pay a £154 surcharge.
