The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JAMES PRICE, 51, of Atlantic Park View, West End pleaded guilty to drink driving on Wide Lane, Southampton. He was driving a Vauxhall Astra when he was caught with 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Price was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £600. He must also pay court costs of £85 plus a £240 surcharge.
EMMA FRY, 44, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating. She received a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days. Fry must also pay £50 compensation, an £80 fine and a £114 surcharge.
HARRY JACKSON, 19, of Leigh Road, Eastleigh pleaded guilty to drink driving on Market Street, Eastleigh. He was caught with 78 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Jackson was banned from driving for 17 months and must pay a £323 fine. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £129 surcharge.

EILEEN WHELAN, 55, of Kings Saltern Road, Lymington was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for analysis. She received a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days, a 36-month driving ban and an £80 fine. She must pay court costs of £620 and a £114 surcharge.
ALBERT BOWERS, 63, of Botley Road, Southampton admitted a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver. This relates to a Ford Transit driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Bowers was banned from driving for six months and fined £120.
DANIEL BROWN, 31, of Ryecroft, Fareham pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving without a licence in a Ford Ecosport at Admirals Road, Locks Heath. He received a six-month ban, six points and a £120 fine. Brown must pay £110 court costs.
SHANE STANLEY, 21, of Canterbury Avenue, Southampton admitted drug driving on Kathleen Road, Southampton. He was disqualified for 12 months and fined £80. Stanley must also pay £85 court costs and a £32 surcharge.
