A Hampshire man has died in a crash on a busy road this morning.
Police were called at 5.39am this morning after a collision on Eastern Road at the junction with the A2030 in Portsmouth.
The crash involved a white Renault Clio and a red Seat Leon.

The driver of the Seat, a 50-year-old man from Southsea, died at the scene.
The road was closed and is expected to be shut until midday, causing gridlock across the city during rush hour.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward to assist their enquiries.
A police spokesperson has said: “We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this collision, in particular anyone with relevant dash cam footage that may assist our investigation.
“If you have any information, please call 101 or report online via our website quoting reference 44230486163.”
