DANNY WALL, 33, of Birch Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, in Millbrook. Wall received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay court costs of £25 plus a £26 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
LANBERTO TOICHOA, 55, of Bevois Valley Road, Southampton admitted drink driving a Skoda Fabia on Shirley High Street. He was caught with 47 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Toichoa was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120. He must pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.
OLIVER EVERETT, 28, of Butts Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving on St John's Road, Hedge End. He was driving a Peugeot 207 when he was caught with 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Everett was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £346. He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £138 surcharge.

VICTORIA PETERS, 33, of Howards Mead, Pennington admitted a charge of theft from a shop after £36 worth if vodka was stolen from Marks and Spencer in St Thomas Street, Lymington. She must pay £36 compensation, a £40 fine and £85 court costs.
ABRAHAM HILDEN, 21, Scallows Lane, Romsey pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving without a licence on Harbour Parade, Southampton. He also admitted fraudulently using a registration mark or document. Hilden was fined £276 and received eight points on his licence. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the fraudulent number plate. He must also pay court costs of £85 plus a £221 surcharge.
SARAH SAVAGE, 52, of Dover Street, Southampton admitted drink driving on Inner Avenue, Southampton. She was caught behind the wheel of a Ford Focus with 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Savage was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £120. She must pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.
